Memorial Day Celebrations
As is tradition we spent Memorial Day with family. Food was eaten (mostly junk food), games were played (Werewolves is probably the favorite with the kids) and what could make the day any better...? All the cousins playing together out front on our lawn doing a sort of talent show. Each kid would do a little something and then get a nice round of applause.

My niece Markee showing off her cartwheel.
This is Téa's version of a pyramid.
Do you notice the girl with the chubby cheeks on the very top? Yup, that's my Piper. And no, she's still not crawling in case anyone was wondering. She's so very close, though.
The best part was watching Calista play with her older cousins Josh and Peter. I think they played together for over an hour just running around outside and playing games. At one point I heard that Calista would run and chase the boys and after she got them they would fall to the ground and she would beat them with a stick. Not sure if she really caused bodily harm but it's a good thing she's starting soccer in July. I think she might need it as an outlet for her violent tendancies. Wonder where she gets that from? (No comments from you, Mark!)
