Vernal Trip

I'm still playing catch-up with the blog. We headed over to Vernal back in June to visit Mark's sister, Leah and her family. It was a quick trip but we had a blast. They have three kids close to the same ages as ours.

George and Leah got a new pool and the kids had a blast breaking it in.

I can't remember what lake this was. But it was great. There was shade in the water and the sand was really fine and soft. And it was only a 15 minute drive from their house.

Piper pretty much had a stick in her hand the whole time.

And here the kids are after eating watermelon in the kiddie pool in the garage. They were getting cold in the pool out back so George filled up this kiddie pool with warm water and the kids loved it.


This was our first trip of the summer. We had a great time hanging out and the cousins got along really well.
