Am I In Lompoc?

I'm mainly posting this for my parents (oh, and all those who grew up in Lompoc, CA). I made it extra big, hopefully, for your viewing pleasure. This is the view I wake up to almost every morning out my back window. A snow storm, you ask? Maybe a little fog? Sorry my friends, this would be a bad case of inversion. I grew up in California with awesome fog. I loved driving home at midnight on a Saturday night in blinding, wet fog. When I see fog, real fog, it makes me think of early morning drives to school for student body meetings or early morning seminary. I miss that stuff. I took this picture Sunday morning before church. It was just as bad yesterday and lasted most of the morning. I always ask Téa how school is each day and if she had indoor or outdoor recess. There are just some days that are too cold to go outside. Tuesday afternoon this was her reply "We had indoor recess. We even had to go straight into the building after getting off the bus because everyone was coughing from the yucky air. Even the adults were coughing from it, Mom!" It sure made me cough. Nasty stuff.
