California Dreamin'

California was fun. We had a nice week and a half of relaxation. And we were even lucky enough to go on a date thanks to my parents. We always have to hit the beach when we are there. It's not a swimming beach. It's almost always windy and there's always fog hanging just on the coastline. This year was no exception but we still had a great time.

Piper became very adventurous at my parent's. She had to climb on everything.

We went to a great children's discovery museum. It was small but the kids had a great time. Calista played in the 'sand'. It was actually really small rubber pieces.

The girls had a great time playing veterinarian.
Piper picked the bear's nose.
And played cowgirl.

We wish we could go back for another relaxing trip. Thanks Mom and Dad for having us take over your house.
