Calista is still very much involved in and loving dance. She had her Christmas recital at the beginning of Christmas break. She is so fun to watch. I think being in dance for the past year and a half has helped her be a more confident person and she is always dancing around the house and making up new routines.
Here’s the video. She is the one with light blue pajamas and dark blue hair bows. Most of the time she is in the back. And the lame camera wouldn’t focus.
Here she is just before going on stage. I hate that they make them wear makeup and Calista hates it even more. Looks like I won’t have to worry about her wanting to wear makeup too soon.
We’ve started a tradition of flowers after her performances and she totally looks forward to getting them.
Calista loves performing her dance routines in front of people. She can hardly wait until her Spring recital.
