Home Improvement Project #2
We (meaning Mark) finally got around to ripping up the carpet in the kid's bathroom upstairs and putting in linoleum. I guess it was a joint effort because I actually got the ball rolling when I went out and got the linoleum a month ago. It only took Mark about 3.5 hours to do it. It makes the bathroom look bigger and it makes the bathroom look like, well...a bathroom. No bathroom should have carpet. And whatever Fieldstone says, it's NOT cheaper to put carpeting in a bathroom. Anyway...here's the beginning of the project. I forgot to take a picture of it with carpeting.
And the finished project.
Now if only we could get the other 10 projects done around the house I'd be satisfied. Or maybe I'd be content if I could just pin down the color of paint I want on the walls. After having Thanksgiving dinner here my white walls seem to be screaming at me.

Okay, that looks.....AWESOME!!!!! I am excited to see it. I am impressed with Mark's handyman skills!
It looks great!! Sorry I forgot to email you the names of the brown tone paint that I love. Sienna Sand from Kwal and Sand II from Lowes. (I can't think of their brand off the top of my head.) Maybe one of those will work for you. Good luck with the rest of your projects.
Looks great! Thanksgiving at your house? Sounds like fun!
It looks great! How nice to have the carpet out! I want to hear about your Thanksgiving! I hope it went well!
send him over. I want hardwood all over my downstairs level. I'm sure it will only take 3.5 hours like the linoleum. Right?
