For your viewing pleasure...watch Piper in action!
She finally started crawling yesterday. It happened very quickly. Saturday night just before bed Piper was on her tummy and she pushed herself back onto her bum. Then Sunday and Monday she practiced going from tummy to sitting all day long. By Tuesday she figured out how to swing her left knee around to follow her right one (which is where she usually got stuck and gave up). Yesterday the crawling thing just happened out of nowhere. She realized that after swinging her left knee around she could swing her right one again and then repeat the process all over again. She still gets frustrated, as you can see in the video, but she's finally there. Hurray! And she will be 11 months old in a few days. I was hoping she would be crawling by 11 months. Woo hoo!

She seriously didn't get frustrated at all over here yesterday. She was great. And Leslie is right, just wait till she is eating poop out of the toilet...Tucker's poop!
She is so dang cute! Tell Meghan that girls just don't do the poop thing...she probably just thought it was a toy or something...squishy... it is just little boys that come up with those nasty things to do. (I'm crossing my fingers majorly right now, hoping that I will not experience that same kind of agonizing grossness)! One thing is for certain, kids are kids and they like to do things that we can torture them with over and over when they are older!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats on the crawling and more grass, and peaceful walks. I do think there is a likeness in the pictures. It looks beautiful. You definitely found an awesome perk when you bought your house...I'm majorly jealous!!!!!! Oh, save some more trenches to be dug and you can put my boys to work when they come down to "play". :)
