A week ago I had to give a talk in Sacrament meeting. I guess I’ve made it pretty obvious that I don’t like doing it so Téa and Calista colored a picture for me and left this note above my bed while I was getting ready for church. Hopefully you can read it.
Téa is definitely my thoughtful child. She can be my trial sometimes but then she does stuff that completely amazes me. She does things that are so unselfish, considerate and sweet. She got her sisters to help her too which is a big step. Téa normally likes to do things all by herself.
I think the girls did listen, at least the older two did. They really liked my ring story I told of a time when I was Calista’s age and prayed to find my ring. The talk went well and I think I’m to the point where I’m not so nervous about speaking in front of people. It’s just writing the talk that I hate the most. Her note totally made my day.
