Dress Up and The Gardens

What have we been up to? Hmmm...I have tons of pictures of stuff so I'm just going to go off of those. We pulled out the Halloween boxes a few weeks ago and of course the dress up game began immediately.

Calista is in fashion with these sunglasses. Aren't huge lenses in style?
Long stringy black hair, white tank top and a guitar. The perfect rock star.
If Téa ever needed glasses I guess this is what she'd look like. (minus the tape, I would hope)
We go quite often to the Gardens at Thanksgiving Point, especially now that Piper can walk (she just runs all over and gets so tired...excellent). We will be sad when it snows and we can't go for a long time.

A few years ago my girls roamed the Gardens with their older girl cousins. They made that trip so enchanting for my kids. They had stories made up for everything. They made up a great story as to why the carousel doesn't move anymore and that there were mermaids living in the water below the huge waterfall. The girls still tell me the stories and here is Calista patiently waiting to see even the tiniest glimpse of a mermaid tail.

Another favorite place is the Secret Garden. I love it just because of the reference to the book, which is one that I will always remember reading with my mom together and watching all the different film versions.
Believe it or not, Piper's hair has grown.
Here you can actually see the faint dimple in Piper's cheek. When she is really happy you can see them.
